Where do I start?
I wish I could pinpoint the moment that I decided to change my life, but there were so many things that went into my decision to lose weight. I guess the most important thing is that I finally did it. 385lbs. was the highest "official" weight I got to (that was a year before I started, so it may have been more), and I am currently at 195lbs. I had a goal to be at 185lbs. by Christmas 2008, so I still have a shot.
To keep myself motivated I will post my weight each week on the blog, and I will keep a journal of my weekly workouts. I hope to get advice from people that read this to help me along the way, and I hope these posts motivate and inspire others to start, or continue, the journey.

Working Out
Mike wanted to start a workout blog where he can put what he is doing and people can give him tips and suggestions. I am going to be posting as well so if you want to keep up with us and let us know what you are doing to workout let us know.
