I knew I had to get back on track, so I finally made it back to the gym today.&lt;br /&gt;Even with Thanksgiving I have been able to lose a little more weight. I guess the most important thing is that I finally did it. 385lbs. was the highest "official" weight I got to (that was a year before I started, so it may have been more), and I am currently at 195lbs. I had a goal to be at 185lbs. by Christmas 2008, so I still have a shot.&lt;br /&gt;To keep myself motivated I will post my weight each week on the blog, and I will keep a journal of my weekly workouts.
